Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CheckToSign, a service operated by NaniBoo LLC (“CheckToSign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the CheckToSign website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CheckToSign uses automated and artificial-intelligence technologies to help users understand documents by identifying and summarizing information such as fees, dates, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, responsibilities, important clauses, and questions that may be worth asking.

The Service is an informational document-analysis tool. It is not a substitute for reading the original document or obtaining advice from a qualified professional.

2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

CheckToSign is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or a legal opinion. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with NaniBoo LLC or CheckToSign.

CheckToSign does not determine whether a provision is legal, illegal, fair, unfair, valid, invalid, enforceable, or advisable for you. Laws vary by location and can change. The original document and applicable law control, not the CheckToSign analysis.

3. AI-Generated Output

AI systems can misread scans, omit provisions, misunderstand defined terms, calculate dates incorrectly, or generate incomplete or inaccurate summaries and answers. You are responsible for reviewing the source document and deciding whether to rely on any output.

Do not use CheckToSign as your sole source for legal, court, financial, tax, immigration, medical, regulatory, or other high-stakes decisions. Consult an appropriate qualified professional when the consequences are significant or you need a legal determination.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are not legally capable of doing so where you live, you may use the Service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

You do not need to create an account before making a website purchase. When you purchase through Stripe Checkout, the email address provided at checkout may be used to automatically create or link a lightweight CheckToSign account so your purchased Contract Checks and eligible saved analyses can be recovered later. Returning users may access that account through a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access CheckToSign and for notifying us promptly at support@checktosign.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Documents You Upload

You retain your rights in documents and content you upload. You grant CheckToSign and its service providers a limited right to transmit, process, reproduce, and analyze that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right and authority to upload the content you provide. Do not upload documents you are prohibited from sharing or information that is unnecessary for your intended analysis.

My Analyses stores the generated CheckToSign analysis and limited metadata for account-linked users. A completed analysis may be associated with the account created or linked from the email used at website checkout even if you have not yet used a passwordless sign-in link. The original uploaded contract is not stored as part of My Analyses.

6. Contract Checks and Extra Pages

Each Contract Check allows one complete contract analysis. A Contract Check is consumed only after a successful analysis. A failed technical analysis should not consume a Contract Check.

At the current website pricing, one Contract Check is $4.99, three Contract Checks are $9.99, and the Annual Plan is $39.99 per year for 12 Contract Checks. Each Contract Check includes up to 10 pages. Additional pages are sold in 5-page packs for $0.99 per pack. Prices, taxes, and included features shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.

Extra-page packs extend the page allowance for an analysis; they do not create an additional Contract Check. Purchased Contract Checks and extra-page packs remain associated with the applicable CheckToSign account unless they are used, refunded, reversed, or otherwise adjusted as disclosed at purchase or required by law.

7. Annual Plan and Renewal

The Annual Plan is an auto-renewing subscription billed at the price displayed at checkout. At the current website price, the plan is $39.99 per year and adds 12 Contract Checks after a successful annual payment.

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, Stripe may automatically charge the payment method associated with the subscription for the next annual term. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or remove unused Contract Checks already credited to the account, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Website purchases are processed by Stripe. CheckToSign does not receive your full payment-card number. Until a self-service subscription-management feature is available, contact support@checktosign.com for website billing or cancellation assistance.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, when offered, may be subject to the applicable platform’s payment, cancellation, subscription, and refund rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. Saved Analyses

Completed AI-generated analyses may be saved to the CheckToSign account associated with your purchase. You may later sign in with the same email address to view, download, or delete saved analyses through the available account controls. Ask AI may require an active document session and may not remain available for an older saved analysis because the original uploaded file is not retained in My Analyses.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law or the rights of another person;
  • upload content you are not authorized to possess, disclose, or process;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law;
  • introduce malicious code or use the Service to facilitate fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity; or
  • misrepresent CheckToSign output as a legal opinion, attorney review, or guaranteed legal determination.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, interface, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to NaniBoo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Service relies on third-party providers, including OpenAI for AI processing and Stripe for website payments, as well as hosting, email, security, and infrastructure providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Changes, Availability, and Maintenance

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage or security limits, or perform maintenance. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable charges, or used the Service in a way that could harm the Service or others. Account deletion is addressed at www.checktosign.com/delete-account/.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL IDENTIFY EVERY IMPORTANT CLAUSE, ERROR, RISK, RIGHT, OR OBLIGATION.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANIBOO LLC, CHECKTOSIGN, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHECKTOSIGN FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaniBoo LLC and CheckToSign from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload without appropriate rights or authorization.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
