AI output can be wrong

Artificial-intelligence systems can make mistakes. CheckToSign may miss clauses, misread scans, misunderstand definitions, calculate dates incorrectly, or generate incomplete or inaccurate summaries and answers.

The original document controls

Always verify fees, dates, notice requirements, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and other important information directly against the original document. A CheckToSign summary does not change the document or the rights and obligations created by it.

No determination of legality or enforceability

CheckToSign does not determine whether a contract is legal, fair, valid, enforceable, or advisable for you. Applicable laws, regulations, court decisions, and facts outside the document may affect your rights.

No attorney-client privilege

Using CheckToSign does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information submitted to CheckToSign should not be assumed to be protected by attorney-client privilege or attorney work-product protections.

AI processing and saved analyses

Uploaded documents may be transmitted to OpenAI to provide the AI analysis. The web analyzer is configured so that the uploaded AI file expires after approximately 24 hours unless it is deleted earlier through the active-session delete control. My Analyses saves the generated analysis and limited metadata for your account; it does not save the original uploaded contract.
